When I was younger I had a similar problem. I always thought that People where thinking bad things about me. Then one day I thought that maybe the only reason I thought this is because I was constantly thinking this about myself. Because that is what it really was. It was ME thinking these things about myself. I did not have alot of self esteem about myself, and I was self conscious because of it.

I realized that the more I became paranoid about others thinking bad things about me, the more I attracted People who 'actually' were having those attitudes about me, and this was manifest in what they were saying to other People, their body language towards me, etc.

Once I began working on myself in regards to not thinking that others were in fact doing this, I started to realize more genuine People come into my life, and knew for a fact that they were not thinking these things at all.

In all gets back into quantum physics, and the fact that particles, that make up things, and circumstances eventually react to our observation of them. How we observe them to be effects how they are going to be.

It is the same withing the mind, and dealing with other People as well.

This is just one example, but one in which most People can relate to.

Maybe set up an experiment for yourself, and start "thinking about this stuff", and see if you can adjust your thinking in such a way that will either help you deal with such People, or eliminate them entirely from MOST of your life. Otherwise this will become a bitter resentment that will block your heart from projecting the love that resonates there, and you for a very unhappy Person. Others will pick up on this, and you will become further isolated in yourself on many issues.

And at this period of time in our History, this is the last thing that you want to happen. And Im sure you look better radiating a smile and joy, then a gloomy spirit anyway, right?
