Because even more people have exhausted their benefits. Claims fall when you are not allowed to claim anymore.

Even if you are have been on unemployment for months or even 1 yr. Each quarter you have to re-claim, making it a new claim. That's why this is BS. I know cause I was un unemployment for 1 1/2 yrs. |

that statement is a little deceiving....there are still 445,000 new people who filed a new claim....yeah its down 11,000 from before, but that means there are now 445k new unemployed people on top of those already getting it....thats a huge increase not a decrease.....am i missing something.? |
