It struck me like lightning tinight why the Supremes recently passed down the controversial decision on private property can be taken for non-public use.

What they are doing is creating a Constitutional crisis. Everyone and their brother is writing and calling congress demanding they take action on this, and this time I bet they listen to you.

Because the only thing that can be done in this case to reverse the Supremes now is to amend the constitution, I believe. I also believe they will push for a "constitutional convention" to "bring the constittution" up to date, ie, most likely write the PATRIOT ACT right into the Constitution.

I do not want ANY of these crokked bastards (Repukes or Dems either one) fucking around with our Constituition. They literally could do anything with it. And we would b e finished, once and for all.
