Man Accused of Castrating Dog Without Permission

I guess this is worse than milking his anal gland:

KENSAL, N.D. (AP) -- A Kensal man faces charges for allegedly castrating a woman's dog. Television station WDAY reported 55-year-old Kevin Gienger was arrested on suspicion of stolen property and mistreating animals in last weekend's incident. He's since been released from jail.

The Stutsman County sheriff's office said the purebred poodle was found at Gienger's home, along with scalpels and syringes.
