every single night. flashing / flickering, red, green, blue ... been well over a year since i started noticing this and i go out every night to look at the stars. western australia here I'm located in North Carolina (EST). Just stepped out on the deck and couldn't help but notice several stars flickering like mad in the eastern sky. I've never seen anything like it. Has anyone else noted this?
