Just live your life. Your fate is not yet determined. The world will not all go down the same way. Get out of L.A. though if you live there! THEY DOOMITY DOOOOOMED.

That would mean that they have won. A weary, downtrodden population is always fun to play with.

Simply don't cooperate. Make your own life in such a manner that it has nothing to do with THEM. It can be done. In fact, if you're going to survive, it must be done. Start dreaming.

Unfortunately, being aware is pretty depressing. I'm still aware enough, but there's a rage in me about it that I don't want to have to confront. The injustices, the corruption... Life can be a struggle enough. But thanks for your insight.

You have to give up on trying to make others aware of what is happening. It may not be their path to awaken right now. We each have to do this alone in the end.

what are some good things to do if you dont know what to do... and dont have much money and dont know where to go even tho your getting hammered in your home town?

It would depend on your age. You sound kind of young. You probably don't have anywhere to plant a garden, do you? Growing your own food is a good way to disconnect from the system. If you can, grow a single tomato plant in a coffee can. Anything like that will get you started.

Instead of getting a "job", do things that you have fun doing and that other people might enjoy, and then sell or rent or entertain for cash. Doing what you like to do keeps you from becoming a "wage slave". Avoid the money-grubbing mentality.

Study things that interest you. The Internet is full of stuff that you can follow until you know everything about it. This will keep you from joining the "dumbing down" crowd.

Have fun. Sing out loud. Dance whenever you feel like dancing. Try to imitate chirping birds that you hear. Smile and say "hi" to everybody that you see. This will keep you from being a robot, shuffling along with its eyes staring at the ground.

I do have a garden actually, it got kinda beat up from a week of rain but theres still some veggies growing. The other advice is really good, I sometimes do start exercising and reading a lot but then I end up in a funk agian- i got years of depression and conditioning under my belt.. I understand what OP is talking about. I feel pretty calm about whatever might be happening and since I can't do a thing to change anything that may or may not happen all I can do is wait. (Although I truly believe that something is going to happen.)

I really think your response is typical. Everybody I have tried to talk to about what is going on tells me that it is too depressing to think about. Or that there is nothing they can do. It is depressing and there may or may not be anything we can do about it. On the other hand, would you want to know that the train is heading straight at you and you are clueless?

All this coming week I will be working on removing $$ from accounts and finding somewhere else to put it asap as they plan to devalue the dollar by 1/2 I am reading. Then going to the stores to buy what I can before that happens. Why dont you do the same and dont feel so badly. I dont even know what to do any money left, so have to think about it and no I am not going out and buying gold, it costs too much now.
