Since I began to see it as a feedback loop helping me to become more aware and begin changing my life, the harassment has become more of a nuisance to be ignored. The perpetrators are trying to get a reaction and giving them nothing to work with is key for re-claiming your mental health.

There are a variety of reasons that people get targeted, but a few simple exercises that improve the situation. It may be scary, but one of the possible solutions is doing an exhaustive evaluation of your strengths and weaknesses, discovering how you view the world and who/what you allow into your life. Above all remedies, prayer and positive intentions have shown the best results.
