A few years ago, I was on a wheat grass juice kick. I would drink over 20 ounces a day for about 4 months. My blue eyes became a very luminous light blue and crystal clear. Eventually, the smell of wheat grass made me shiver and gag so I quit drinking it, now my eyes are medium blue.
