Good Day. My situation at Safe Haven is changing regarding updates. Search for New Outlet possible. I Can Confirm two things. First , the canisters at embassies (except Japan) contain small pieces/samples of a "presumed" artifact. ( My Girlfriend Presumes its an artifact).
The canisters themselves are made from a "strange" type of ceramic (translation problem /porcelain).
Secondly,, the Japanese Briefcase differ in contents, theirs Contain a Metallic Cylinder and less documents. My GirlFriend's contact told her it was a Biohazard Containment Cylinder

It has long been considered that China hates Japan with a vengeance over what happened before and during WWII.

Then recently - as we all watched tensions rise and rise over the detained trawler captain incident - something changed.

A short time later we heard that Japan had received one of the time-locked briefcases from the Chinese.

Those who suggested or intuited that some sort of biological material were in one or more briefcases (BadHairDay etc) can take a bow.

Looks like China has told Japan about their genetic heritage and about what it knows is coming in the future. Considering the alleged hatred the Chinese felt towards the Japanese - this seems highly significant on all levels.

Like everyone, myself included, we just have to read, consider, research, consider and wait for more info if still interested to learn more. What you do with the information is your choice.

I am pretty sure that most people reading this far into the thread, are already aware of the many youtube vids showing weird creatures and stuff under the GoM during the oil'leak' dramas etc. Some are interesting, some seem explainable, some seem harder to explain. It is hard to draw clear-cut conclusions without more knowledge and information.

I'm very curious as to the stance of China as per the contents of those cases. Was in an ultimatum? A good will gesture? A report back to the west on what their satellites would have already picked up in the Great Wall (indication cooperation at those levels)? A warning with evidence provided? All of the above?

While we are waiting for more information on this crucial aspect of it all (imo), I'd like to summarise what I consider likely to be key news items:

first there was ...
- several UFO sightings - reported in the State run media
- China's "Carl Sagan" goes public from his observatory and says UFOs are real
- more State media reported UFOs, including several airport disruptions
- escalating tensions between Japan and China over 'fishing trawler captain'

- then we hear from OP/GF that Japan received one of the timelocked briefcases - indicating a sudden change/reversal in the Japan-China relationship maybe?

- more UFOs being reported across China, more airport disruptions. all reported to the Chinese

- October 13th - briefcases opened; We look at the meagre crumbs of info, and from amongst them we conclude there is a special gene in certain Chinese asiatic genetic groupings that will be reacting differently to some anticipated stimulus or event, which is seemingly connected to the people/aliens who are controlling the organism. Etc Etc Etc. We are still speculating about whether its all good, bad, or just ugly for us mere mortals.

then all of a sudden, we see:
- reports of some sort of purge within the Chinese ruling structure
- the heads of NASA all suddenly get up and go to China for meetings
- the heads of all the worlds major financial institutions do the same
- the sudden stop to a looming currency and trade war by the west with China
- more evidence of some sort of 'social transformation' being effected (see news item above about the psychological assessments required for officials)

stay tuned I guess ...

This says so much and asks so much more. "Raising consciousness" as a "defense" while awaiting the arrival of the "cavalry".

Sounds like someone with power has said "you will do X in timeframe Y or face consequence Z". I don't think the Chinese are that power, I think they're the messenger.

I don't believe so. ODESSA in this context is the name given to both an alliance of nations and factions; and to the protocols they have agreed to adhere to. The Bezerk thread understanding is that ODESSA deals specifically with the organism problem, and was most likely initiated by the Russians - who clearly seem to have some 'history' with the organism (from the Antarctic I suspect). ODESSA includes Russia, Germany and France, plus the US Navy was aboard last time I heard. ODESSA seemed to have some type of weapon or radical plan, which was referred to as OMEGA.

China was obviously invited aboard ODESSA, but never seemed to accept. It would now seem that they had their own information about the situation that they did not see fit to share at the time. That is my impression from reading all the relevant posts at the Bezerk thread.

Looking at it more esoterically:

Firstly any incoming signal that is producing genetic changes, switching on internal markers etc,is likely to impact on all human beings. Rulers are controllers. These rulers may even be from elsewhere (only currently in human form) and they have been ruling for a very long time, then, if this planet and its inhabitants is about to get a tune up, it is cause for concern. The status quo is about to get a radical shake.

Maybe, they simply cannot hide any longer and fearing exposure they are taking the best steps they know how to take to secure their position.

The Chinese Observe well and don't let the left hand know what the right hand is doing so whatever is in the documentation and the canisters is designed to alert, raise fear and cause the recipients to come under Sino navigation from here on. In other words, plans are diverted from "every faction fighting for their piece of pie in the NWO" to "the real issue is different now and concerns us all so we must unite for our own preservation"

That means I don't have to alter my plans to receive the absolute best from what is just ahead. To me it seems a once in a million lifetimes event. I don't think Anyone knows everything otherwise the different elements, including the Chinese, would have been more clued up. I don't think that they are half as clued up as we might think they are.

My own take has been that prior to this organism thing awakening, and the subsequent geopolitical chaos behind the scenes - that TPTB were factoring in expected major earth change events - and trying to position themselves in relation to the knowns.

Several have speculated that the undisclosed documents from those cases, might well contain more knowledge about specific known upcoming tectonic or solar events.

FWIW, the concept in this video clip is getting a lot of attention lately - Carbon 12 transmutes to --> Carbon 7. Might be related to all this, who knows. Interesting perspective. (thanks 1221)

Just to help dispel any fear and let you all know what is going on.

Incoming energies are creating a shift in consciousness, not just for humans but for all life in the universe. So just as there has been unjust rulers over the earth in human form so there have been in other forms also. Just as the human ruler so to the alien rulers will feel this shift and be transformed also. They will resist, using technologies to forestall the coming changes, to no avail. This energy will come in pulses or waves gradually gaining in strength and duration. Don't be afraid. All things will be revealed. ONE OF MY HYPOTHESES:

The “artifacts” in the containers are all pieces (replica) of an ancient tablet that China discovered, and has deciphered/translated. It will be just enough information (not all pieces are distributed) for the countries to realize that it is real.

The tablet has “ancient” information that if the countries it has been given to, will come together along with China, they will be able to unite and retain their power/control in the world and not succumb to outside forces (be it the Sun or ETs/benevolent or malevolent) that could change the world we in which we live.

China’s national strategy is sovereignty, modernity and stability. It appears they are attempting to hold things together as the sun begins its CME’s and it collides with the space ribbon, and comets and asteroids are affected, as will all the planets in our solar system, and Earth’s inhabitants.

Graphene is the key. Russia “discovered” graphene, which they probably learned about in the instructions from ancient Sanskrit texts they found that describe how to build ancient alien flying machines. Graphene has the markings of being used in anti-gravity spacecraft. Russia knows and has probably already built these craft.

Graphene probably has at least a dozen “ancient alien” technology applications. One “beneficial” use was on the distributed tablet pieces, but surely China kept most of the technology to itself.

The one that was distributed may be instructions on how to build a graphene magnetic shield that will “protect” (that will be the official party line) the citizens of the countries who get on board, from the transformational energy coming from the sun. The magnetic shield may be what’s already emanating from the Great Wall of China.

The Philosopher’s Stone, monoatomic gold, may be the way to neutralize, or get around, the “graphene magnetic shield” in order to get the transformational true benefit of what’s coming.

Currently, Japanese government is just accepting what Chinese government is doing.
Japan does not have power to stand against China. No money, no weapon, just surviving with remnant of old power of accumulated ancient belief...which still holds some power in the society there.

There are pyramids peppered through Japan, and recently archeology finds pushed the history of ancient Jomon culture in Japan back to 120,000 years.
That's way beyond of Aboriginal history in Australia, isn't it? The Mystery deepens.
