The dollar is not attacked, nor was ever attacked. It is devaluated by the FED, and that is the only guilty party.
By attack I believe Kaiser would be referring to coordinated, large-scale divesting of USD. Selling them off.
Who knows...this is just what he was saying that's all. But the USD is under pressure right now it seems. If some of the big USD sellers channel funds into gold at the same time, I would expect a huge surge in gold.
Let's see...
