Excellent observation OP, I was going to go on a rant about the CCX, Obama cronyism, Goldman Sachs et. al. but you beat me to it.
But coming up will be the biggest rip-off (Cap and Trade) if its allowed to happen.
I still think Obama will try to make one last run at it before Congress is thrown out in January.
