When someone walks into my store or bank, etc. etc., I want to see who the fuck they are.. If you think someone has a right to walk into my business dressed any way they like, you have another thing coming, sweety..

Yep, that applies to all clothing, jewelry, makeup or whatever else.. If I don't want saggy panted chimps in my establishment, guess what? They aren't coming in there.. It's my business, I have right to refuse you for any reason whatsoever!

You don't have to be ugly to me. You know (in the human parts of you) that this is not right. You are still human no matter how hard you try not to be and I encourage you to take some time and think about how lonely you will be when you exclude everyone who does not fit your idea of "appropriate". Ultimately it is your loss and I just suggest you put all that on a sign and post it on the front of your business and see how long your business thrives. I understand your anger comes from fear but there are people out there that care enough to listen to your concerns if only you would look to them for help. You don't have to hold so tightly to your "rights" because you will STILL matter when you see the error. :)

edit: The sign that say No shoes, No shirt: Those are totally understandable. If you walk into a business without shoes you pose harm to yourself and the business owner. Wearing clothing is just something people should have to expect when they are going into a business, what those clothes LOOK like or represent is one of the only freedoms we have left and as you can see that is slowly disappearing also.

Food Shortages, Water Shortages, etc...Aren't those things a little more important for you to be putting all your energy into when it comes to your family. I'm afriad by your post that you are simply transferring YOUR anger/fear into the ones you love. I'm sure you don't want that...no matter how fooled you are into thinking you do.
