Was one of the first serious books on the coming changes, weaving together great info from thinkers from different fields. THE basic reading material for understanding what's coming. Not much on the cosmic thingies though, more cultural and other scientific. Great info there, but I think a lot you already know. Browsing through it will probably suffice for you.
