Nothing else. It just comes, and I know it's there. I look around but nobody is ever there. If I'm asleep, it's arrival will wake me up sometimes. During the day, I may see small singularities dart around corners, into walls or ceilings, occasionally, but I just ignore them.
Happening for years...used to be worse...used to make my bed vibrate, or play with my hair.
I know humans can't do this. Either an alien or spirits.

With that info that you provide OP, its definetely a spirit, dont worry even that he's bothering you he mean you no harm, he's just playing with you, probably a spirit of a small child, since the age of 16(im 21 now), i cant explain how or why, i can see spirits, and comunicate with them, at first it was really scary, because i couldnt crontrol it and i was possesed quite a few times(by demons, the only beings that are able to posses), i was bothered by some "evil" spirits as well, they usually are very "old" spirits cause they have remain here on our plan too much time, and become bitter and angry, im still bothered by them but in that ocasions i tell them to stop and they do what i say(if i ask politely), i hope i helped you somehow, stay safe...this is a very dangerous field to step in...

When there are spirits in the room, the atmospheric pressure usually drops...

First question - Its usually a recorrent event, like a routine of some sort.

Second question - By the details you explain afterwards its not bad, just annoying.

Yeah - that's happened to me a few times. Only way to get rid of it is to plead the precious blood of Jesus over your place. If they still try enter - just command them to leave in the name of Jesus. It works!
