you are boring , nazis and other occupants of Poland (inc. your country) were one of the biggest thieves of Europe.(ask Jews) Polish thieves of cars are more polonophobic myth than truth. They exist but not in such a scale as you are trying to draw.

Not taboo.

Most Americans are ignorant. Poland get a small blurb (few paragraphs)in a history book. Mostly related to WW II.

They figure, if it was important, we would hear more about it.

GLPers are the ones who questioned this and augmented their learning after the state indoctrination.

so no information that the polish constitution was the first in europe???
 Quoting: Johny777 1131591

You are correct. Pope John Paul II stated this to the full assembly at the UN. Did it do any good?

Look OP, they hate Poland, they tried to destroy her several times, - wiped off the map. But Poland always rose up.

Why? Because Poland will NEVER accept the Anti Christ. They will fight tooth and nail against the AC, and they know it. It is the only European country (west and east) that they have NOT broken.

They hate the Faith, Both countries remind them of the past and that despite the greatest oppression Anti-God machine ever (communism) Neither country refused to give up the Faith, History and Patriotism.

Hungary, the Great King shall return...

All Polish people I know are very hard working and yet, some of them went home (from London), for a better life. I can't blame them. They thought that we were TOO racist over here.

In the U.S. school system we are taught very little about anything but the grand of the Western Civ countries of Europe. Usually starting with the Greeks then Romans. Then we fast forward to the Early Celtic/Saxon, Portugals then Spain. Find the new World The Bristish colonies, French and Germans with Spain falling off. Russia tries to become more modern. Then to the revolutition etc. etc..

We really never talk too much about Belgians, Danish, Polish down through to Turkey. Why.. Maybe it is because as one poster put it they were considered the wrong side or not as important. Although in large cities like Boston, and Chicago They have these wonderful ethnic festivals..
Some of the Visitor to Europe find these countries just lovely. Americans can come across as assholes and we do have them. But If more got away from the planned in a can visits then they would actually see how wonderful the culture is.

I can not say enough of what I have learned away from the canned tours, but it was not an add water experience. We just are not told enough in school.

The grammar is almost the same, and some words are similar. But Finnish hears gibberish also for us... so, this isn't enough to view them as brothers and sister.

OP near where I live they even have Polish clubs, Lithuanian ones too. We like Polish people so do not feel anything else please.

It is the NWO and communism we do not like, as you know it does not fit into the basis of the USA.

(they really do not teach too much about Poland in the schools, we learn from those whose families come from there for the most part)

I feel two trends in the West. Representatives of the first interpretting Poland as nothing , piece of human mass without importance or even object of an orthodox hate, representatives of the second are trying to be objective and are ready to help Poland and other countries for the common fighting against evil - ex. Ronald Reagan. They have no complexes when talking about my country , like the first ones.

History books NEVER talk about the great Battle of Lepanto or the greatest battle of Middle Ages at the Gates of Vienna won by Jon Sobeski (if i got it right). How many Times HUNGARY was alone to Defend the West against the Turks??? Hungary took a beating but always came back to the battlefield, ditto Poland.

American History is just like the previous poster stated. Why? THEY HATE CHRISTENDOM, the Holy Roman Empire is usually mentioned in negative connations. Spain is mentioned in the context of the Black Legend and indian suppression.

History in the West has been WIPED CLEAN. THEY HAVE SANITIZED THE LIBRARIES, HISTORY BOOKS AND TRACES OF CHRISTENDOM.
