BREAKING EXCLUSIVE PICS OF SASHA BARON COHEN AS FREDDIE MERCURY ON STAGE

Well, here's something: Sacha Baron Cohen just signed on to play Queen leader Freddie Mercury in a biopic to be scripted by biopic expert Peter Morgan (and produced by GK Films, along with Robert De Niro's Tribeca Productions). The filmmakers have rights to Queen's whole catalogue and shooting begins next year. No word yet on whether Cohen will do his own singing, but presumably not. This is actually not the first time the comedian has played the singer.

Well he really lives his roles. So yea, he should be a great Mercury. We will just have to see. I just don't know how well sing, hopefully they will dub in Freddie..
