I cannot post a step by step guide as that defeats the divine testing requirement that people must go through to earn their place in the cosmos. The cosmos is a giant meritocracy.

I can give you some principals to follow without making it too easy. You must clean yourself of negative spells and energies, you must resolve all hate and fear and anger, you must balance your karma with service to humanity, you must request higher energy, you must surrender to that higher flow, you must have decent understanding of what the Godhead is and how they work, and what their goals and methods are, you must stay the course under severe resistance to prove your mettle, you must put together a personal path from all the good teachers before you, you must work that path until higher beings call you up, must respect these good teachers, you must learn to meditate from other good teachers, you must survive a few trips around the zodiac, you must be fed up with the worldly way of doing things, you must develop a strong enough ego to go it alone until you can displace that strong ego with your divine self, you must fight for your truth and not be discouraged, you must see through the scams and tricks of the dark forces, you must transcend the matter world through jumping time lines or with astral projection, you must hook up with a spiritual master or spiritual guides, you must have a healthy respect for Mother nature and elemental life, you must personally develop a better list than this one on your own.

Anyone who wants a free easy ride on this matter will find disappointment as the whole point is to force you personally to develop a smart and strong consciousness, without being isolated or selfish.

OP your views on energy vampires/negativity one feels while meeting a friend would be welcome.

If this world is a boot camp did we come here voluntarily to flex and develop our spiritual muscles and later graduate or did we fall into this pit by some mistake? Does that also mean that life on Earth will always suck because these evil forces are here by some contract to provide this "training"? Or is there a battle going on between these evil forces and "good" forces, as some report? Or is this like in the (great) movie The Game, where the evil forces only pretend to be evil and are just good guys in costumes to scare us and make us believe they are evil, to provide the resistance needed in a boot camp? And what will happen in and beyond 2012?

I would be careful about using higher energies to fight with, or even entertain with. The higher energies are better at resolving conflicts than forcing people to do things. This may be the reason Bruce Lee is dead, and so is his son.

Agreed. You use a different terminology than I do. I would say that Yin and Yang combine in our world of polarity to help and thwart development. But even the thwarting part ends up being useful eventually, so, given enough time, there is nothing but love. "Everything is love", then, is a true statement, but hard to grasp.

True we are just moving from one means of control to a different one, but the one I am recommending is better.

The lower world of matter is a type of non reality by some estimations, but still it is a damning hologram when you are stuck in it. You are freer whenever you leave a more confining matrix, I should say, for another. But just because there is no such thing as absolute freedom, (i.e. until you are God in your own universe!) don't let this stop you from evolving. Getting free from a "non reality" is still a good thing, and a big step in personal evolution.

There are different ways to view it and different ways to explain it. And in the end, each individual will have a creative personal path that they walked.

People are truly free when they can chose their own bodies, sex, environment and all other aspects of their experience. This kind of freedom requires your own universe and absolute power. This is what the NWO is after: their own world with complete power, with us as the batteries and workers.

God may grant you your own universe and complete power someday. It is not for me to know, yet.

Today many need to escape the repressive NWO and just get to a place where we can breathe fresh air and love and rest for a while.

Diet is a personal matter and there are different body types, eating types and blood types, etc. I have used the macrobiotic diet that seeks to balance acid and alkaline. Finding your right diet is a journey like find your right meditation. Recently I have added some healthy fats to my diet.

These things are possible for people at very levels, but to get them you must prove yourself aligned with the goals of love, first. To seek these things a "next step" reveals that you may not be fully focused on love, but to profit personally by having God's power.

Special powers are a distant sideline in real mysticism. They never take center stage as they can only be done when the energies tell you to do them. So they are not really your personal choice like people think. Jesus never did any miracles. The Sacred Rays did them all, after telling him to point at sick people.

I highly doubt that. It's our own beliefs that create our reality and the same with dis-ease. It's not being exposed to childhood diseases that bring it about. It's people's belief in disease and impure thought.

It's interesting to see all the different methods parents try with newborn babes. Bananas to treat diarhea in US, but will cause diarhhea in Peru. Noone realizes that it's their own beliefs creating how they live.

Religion is a shortcut to a revolving door. Many people think it is true and it still doesn't work. The people that obtained enlightenment from reading the Bible hooked up with the "Holy Spirit" to fill in the blanks. The human mind cannot create anything. The human mind can only reform existing nature into tools and toys. All forms of mentalism are pointless, in my opinion.

Your divine self is like a seed in the ground. When it gets the warmth and waters of spring, it comes alive and pushes upwards. The waters, warmth and ground are just metaphors for the Sacred Rays. The human mind and its myriad religions need to step aside for this to work.

It is a simple question of who is going to run the show. God? Some Religion? some 12 step plan?, A theocracy? The Illuminati? the Aliens behind them? Political parties? Who? I am simply recommending the Sacred Rays after my own limited experience with them.

The main way that emotions and ideas can influence your reality is negatively. By that I mean when you go negative you attract more negativity to you and your world. When humans go positive, with the help of the Rays of course, the reverse happens.

Being positive is not something that you can force upon yourself, either. It is a byproduct of getting positive energy, really, so I would not get heavy with your lower self. The lower self cannot lift the lower self. That is like pulling yourself up by the bootstraps.

If you don't have it on Earth; you are not going to have it much better when you die. And you could have it much worse. Earth is the testing ground, the lab, the launching pad.

By mass, human cells consist of 65-90 percent water. Vibrations traveling through water transfer energy, information, from one cell to another.

You bring up a very important point here. And this is the reason that the Sacred Rays are so hard to get. Holding good energy is like holding heat in the dead of winter, it just seems to leak out everywhere and you can't figure it out without an infra red camera. The body needs to be cleaned and sealed off and the good energy needs to be quickly channeled into constructive avenues so it doesn't' stagnate. Just holding energy is karmic as the energy wants to move and spin and flow and do good things in the world. Perhaps having an enlightened plan to use the energy once you get will help you get it. This is something to take up with your spirit guides. Also helpful with this is to know from experience the different ways the ego will try to reassert itself and being proactive about that. You are huge target when you are glowing on the astral with the colorful Sacred Rays. You look like a giant bonfire on a dark night to these entities. They are going to fly over and try to get warm like moths to the flame.

This issue presents another tricky catch 22 situation: You can only get clean by getting the Sacred Rays, yet you can't get the Sacred Rays until you are clean and reliable.

You must prove your reliability before you get anything from God at these higher levels. The Rays are 100% conditional. Forget about favors, forgiveness and blessings cause your sooo sweet and God loves you....

Children are fed on the pure milk of the "Word", but the Rays are for adults who know they are fighting a brilliant astral chess master, that we have called the puppet master. The game is about controlling oil, coal, electricity and subtle energy.

My first Astral travel was in a dream when I was in the fourth grade. I went into the future somehow and saw an event that actually happened to me several months later. This experience changed my life forever. Then I had several more like this, but as I got older and my pineal gland was clogged with mercury from fillings in my teeth, this all stopped.

When I was in the dental chair, under anesthetic, I had a dream where someone tied my to a wheelchair and pushed me face down a long stairway. This was horrifying beyond belief! And just as I got to the bottom the chair turn and I went down another flight! This was actually another trip into the future but I didn't understand it until years later. The dentist thought I was losing my mind, but you see my higher self was talking to both of us and neither of us got the message at the time. I was around 14 at this time.

I also astral projected another time using Eckankar materials from one of their spiritual exercises books. There are astral projection classes off the internet and the Hathors have messages about jumping time lines.

One time I was sitting at my desk and I began to swivel back and forth left to right and right to left. This was quite peaceful until I looked down and realized I was not sitting on my swivel chair.

I think I was able to do these things due to meditations I did in previous lives. Those actions made my spirituality in this life a little stronger.

My advice is read all you can and decide to go for it. It takes some getting use to. Finally, I would not focus on feats of energy any more than healing gifts or alchemy. All these things are byproducts of simply getting more energy and knowing how to flow with the higher vibes.

Basics before benefits is the fastest route.

I do certainly send energy, i.e. love, to the Earth Mother and the Sky gods, as well as all beings working to advance the light, and the 2012 sky grid, and all people in sincere religious quests as well. The more you give the more you get. I don't know how evil forces view this. I suppose they try to get the energy.

The spiritual war will be done when your higher self says so. This will occur when it serves no purpose for you anymore. All people will escape it eventually.

Entheogens are a fine way to peek through the veil and get some insight into Nature. This is why the ruling class has made them illegal, but Mother Earth keeps growing them. They want us working, paying taxes, fight wars and being submissive idiots, while they rob the cookie jar.

The tests of spiritual advancement are tough, you are immersed in depression, you are denied justice, you are sick, you are jilted for no reason, you out of money, etc. The Higher self will sabotage your life until you decide to commit no matter what. Once you decide to commit no matter what, that will also be tested.

There are many mentions of the Great Rays in the ACIM Text.

Help them if you can, otherwise back off and get stronger, first. Sometimes you can project a very high energy that will make them want to leave you. They don't like the Blue ray of the Law, and they don't usually like the Green rays of healing, either. But you can experiment.

Energy sucking is an unacknowledged crime involving swindle, fraud, theft, and physical, emotional and even spiritual abuse.

Energy sucking actually kills people so it qualifies as slow motion murder, in my understanding.
