Can you believe that the cops had this guy up 23 times on charges, but failed to protect a 10 year old child?

And why is the mother still allowed custody? What? She didn´t know anything was going on? Didn´t think it was unusual for a ten year old child to be pregnant?



Police Say Girl Was Raped, Impregnated By Her Stepfather

An 11-year-old girl recently gave birth to a child and police say DNA tests show her stepfather is the father of her baby.

BREMERTON - Police say an 11-year-old girl became pregnant when her stepfather raped her.

"We were notified back in March by Child Protective Services that this now 11-year-old child was pregnant," explained Detective Sgt. Kevin Crane with the Bremerton Police Department.

Although police knew the young girl was pregnant two months ago, they couldn´t do anything until the baby was born. Once the child was born, police were able to obtain DNA samples. DNA testing showed a match to the girl´s step-dad.
