Also it's not a secrets society at all. The Freemasons have buildings in most towns and cities and they are clearly marked. Open your phone book and you will find they have a phone number and address listed. Browse the Internet and you will see just about every Grand Lodge and the majority of individual Lodges have websites. Most Freemasons wear a ring or lapel pin. No one I know hides their membership. Being a Mason is cool. Like anything else in life that one works at, it is always a source of pride. Especially when you see the good that Freemasons do individually and collectively. All with little or no recognition or pomp and circumstance. |
