I think it's good. France can use its jets on uk carriers, USA too. We are all in NATO. If the argies try it on again over falklands then the whole NATO gang can do what its supposed to and scratch the other ones back.

The military overspends and overplans their overexpenditures.
Sooner or later, the money and the credit run out and the debt is so enormous the country cannot make the interest payment.

Next the payments on the interest are not made and it's default time. It's game over at this point when the bonds turn worthless and the UK and USA are nearly there.

They have to make sure they spend that money before the people get any of it.
