TSA Refuses Commercial Airline Pilot Access to his Plane

The TSA goons?

Screening is screening. It has to be done for the public safety. If this man is so mentally unstable that he wants to cause difficulty for the screening process, he needs to be fired.

That is all there is to it.

TSA has no way of knowing for certain that he IS the pilot or a phony. They are tasked with preventing any object that can be used to harm passengers from passing through security. They have to do their job for the safety of the traveling public. This idiot airline pilot seems to think that because he is wearing a uniform, he does not need to be screened.

I worked as a "Lead Screener" for three years.
The TSA workers all knew the pilot. This is about the power trip the TSA has become since 90% of the managers had fast food jobs before the TSA hired them. This was done for obvious reasons, since the TSA wanted the lower end of the IQ spectrum.
His first mistake was not asking the screener for the TSA supervisor. As soon as you know they are violating your rights, stop everything and demand a TSA supervisor come to the checkpoint. TSA screeners use the fact that you need to make your flight to bust balls.
Get the TSA supervisors name as soon as they arrive.
In this case the pilot should have explained to the TSA supervisor that he was being harassed. Then explain how you will make an official complaint with the TSA District Office.

Keep in mind this is a dog and pony show becaue the commercial cargo they load into the belly of every passenger jet is not screened.

This is just like all the householders having to separate all the trash for 'recycling' and the trash men come along and carefully put it into little compartments in their wagons. The wagons trundle off to the tip where ALL of it is dumped into the same big hole. (It happens in my city - proven).

I posted that the belly of passeger aircraft are stuffed full of paid commercial cargo. This cargo is not screened at all.
I worked for the tSA for 3 years before I had to get the hell out.
Look it up. Congress treid to address the unscreened cargo, but they quit.
