Quoting: What you saying Willis? 1093177Obama: Voters 'Scared,' Not Thinking Clearly About Election Americans are so "scared" they're not thinking straight about the upcoming elections, President Obama said over the weekend, as he sought to explain why voters are turning to Republican candidates. The president, speaking at several rallies and fundraisers as part of his final get-out-the-vote stretch, said Republican candidates are "playing on fear" and suggested voters are falling for it. He said Americans have every reason to be worried, but lamented that "facts" aren't doing his party any good this year. [link to www.foxnews.com] This is what he means..... |

Great way to win votes too jerkoff, disparage the very ones who may vote for you. And some people wonder why Obama is hated as he is. |

Change the facts (legitimately and not merely warmed over) and perhap the votes will do your party good. |

It's like paying someone to come systematically destroy your house, dig up all the landscaping, cut down all the trees and then ask for some more money so they can burn it all down. Both parties are tools of the banksters. |

We all understand the finger we have gotten from them over he spending plans and over the health care reform bill that has maybe two pages worth of legislation that actually reforms insurance practices and thousands of pages that create a huge federal branch of over a hundred new and expensive and intrusive agencies. We also understand his cap & trade agenda which he says if he can't get through legislation, he will do it by the decrees of the EPA. We also understand his amnesty and benefits for illegals which will only encourage even more people to run over our unprotected borders. In the meantime, he and some in the media just thing we are all too stupid to understand or know what actually makes sense for this counry. Of course there are some who fit that category because we all know some people who do. However, that is not most of us. He is right that people are scared and we all have reason to be. We are in a second Depression era. It is just that nobody wants to call it that. Most of our manufacturing jobs are gone. With all the empty homes in the country, home construction is gone. With all the empty stores and offices, big building construction is gone. People coming out of school have very limited job opportunities. Same for people who have lost their jobs. Older people who have lost their jobs may never get another one. We are all having to make do with less. It is time for our government to make do with a whole lot less. We all understand that quite clearly. |

Everyone is saying JOBS, JOBS, JOBS, but have heard no specifics as to how this is going to get done... The right has given us free trade and tax cuts which = NO NEW JOBS... The left gives us increased spending and higher taxes = NO NEW JOBS... Who will have the balls to go borderline protectionist and bring the jobs back? |
