I just moved to Farhills from Manhattan. So far like the state, property taxes are a little on the high side but I bought knowing that so no big deal.


I've always suspected that property taxes and schools are the way all these little towns keep the riffraff out. You have South Orange next to East Orange, etc. It seems like the property taxes are used to keep the lines firm.
