How do you know there wasn't any satellites? I mean, there are supposed to be something like 13,000 satellites orbiting around the earth right now. Do you hear about every single one that they put up there? No. Is it possible that the technology was there already? yes. Maybe it was their communication device straight with the mother ship or who ever.

All I know is that person in the video shows that they are talking on some kind of device. No one is around them.

The only other theory is that this person knew that they were recording that day and they were some nut job and thought of doing this just to throw people off. Maybe they were the 1928 version of a conspiracy theorist.
