I personally think this "mind control" started with the audible tones for the hearing tests in schools.........I have heard the exact same tone......and yes, electronic devices are capable of emitting signals not audible to the human ear.....sometimes they are though if they turn up the frequency because your mind is resisting........and my mind ALWAYS will.........
