I think this is how people who see ghosts/spirits can do it only they can reach this zone in day to day life

The mind control perps have the tech to fake people's voices. They can make themselves sound like anyone they want. Also, they can beam other people's brain frequencies at you and/or their total body, bio-energetic fingerprint. It will sound like a friend, and it will feel like that friend, but it is all fake.

They can also "patch" in another person's thoughts. Like scan your brain freq pattern, and send it to so-and-so, and then, scan so-and-so's brain freq pattern and send it to you, thereby creating artificial telepathy. It is called the "electronic brain link."

So, when they send to you your friend's voice and their real-time brain patterns along with your friend's bio-energetic fingerprint, it seems you are really in "contact" with someone.

You are just talking to some guy who is playing with other people's patterns. Be glad you don't get the 3-D holograms of people to go with it.
