That is not the point.

You see if any country launches even one nuke then all nukes must go off because even one nuke can do tremendous damage.

It's all strategic if russia for example launches it's nukes first then the us is fucked no matter what they do.

And the opposite is also truth if the us launches their nukes first then russia is fucked.

It's all about who has the guts to launch them first.

And something tells me it will be russia that will launch all it's nukes on the us and europe.
