I CANNOT wait until SHTF omfg please happen soon Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1038611This is one of the reason I posted this... to make a point. So you can not opt out because you simply want to provide for yourself and not be forced into something you know most likely will not even be around for you.... No you can't do it for PERSONAL REASONS.... EXCEPT for an exemption carved out for SOME religions (been around since 1950) ... So why is it new religions get screwed and furthermore why can we just not opt out of Social Screwyourity for PERSONAL REASONS ... like I don't expect to be taken care of I will handle that responsibility myself. Always exemptions... Sort of like the exemptions to opt out of Obamascare. ------ Buying precious metals is an act of REBELLION! Invest in Silver Today! |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1081321so if you don't get oppressed by the government, you'll be oppressed by the religious group! |

Everyone should be exempt from social security, it is unconstitutional in the first place. Our "government" is not the government and all those in the government are impersonating our government and that is highly illegal. Read the constitution over and you will see many, many instances that our "government" is unconstitutional. |

A recognized religious group must meet all the following requirements: • It is conscientiously opposed to accepting benefits of any private or public insurance that makes payments in the event of death, disability, old age, or retirement; makes payments for the cost of medical care; or provides services for medical care (including social security and Medicare benefits). • It has provided a reasonable level of living for its dependent members. • It has existed continuously since December 31, 1950. Certification. In order to complete the certification portion under Part I, you need to enter your religious group (on the first line) followed by the religious district or congregation (on the second line). For example, if you enter “Old Order Amish” as your religious group, then you would enter “Conewango Valley North District,” “Conewango Valley West District,” etc., on the second line as the district. However, if you are Anabaptist or Mennonite, enter the name of your religious group as “Unaffiliated Mennonite Churches” or “Eastern Pennsylvania Mennonite Church,” etc., and the congregation as “Antrim Mennonite Church (Anabaptist)” or “Bethel Mennonite Church (Mennonite),” on the second line" We all breathe the same air. .-.. --- ...- . / .- .-.. .-.. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 37616660 United States 08/05/2013 12:09 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Why do ignorant losers always claim "Separation of Church and State" when there is no such wording, nor inference, within the United States Constitution? People who make such claims should really learn how to read so they can peruse the Constitution in search of their phantasmagorical "Separation" crutch. Yes, one can legally (and simply) remove themselves from Social Security, but it requires renouncing one's self as a citizen of the United States of America, then summarily declaring himself/herself as a citizen of his/her home State (be wary as different States do things differently). In my home State, I would no longer be required to pay State taxes, but must carry a card identifying myself as someone who falls into a certain category. You must also recognize the ramifications of your actions concerning the Internal Revenue Service/Federal Government. Should things go smoothly, you will merely lose all you have put into Social Security; otherwise, expect Hell to knock on your door. The precedence of history can prove my statement, as well as all who have proceeded me. |
