he could have broken her shoulder or neck.
its true, he did not actually stomp, but he placed his foot over her shoulder, then pushed down hard with a lot of force pushing her shoulder and his heel onto her head.
you dont see his heel over her head????

this is a small woman, and the guy looks tall and heavy, he just wanted a piece of the action, there allready was a guy pinning her leg down with his foot.

the lady looks like a loony bin, but it doesnt call for such action.
