Somthing is not right about this press release. why would they announce this? if anything was going to fall into the relm of top seceret national security, dont tell anyone, would it not be this?

Bizarre...reading the stories of several articles. This was first published by "The Atlantic" a magazine website. So, this slipped somehow...now different causes are mentioned, some underground cable, power outage, no foul play or damage was the conclusion.

I don't know about your Iran theory there - but definitely makes me suspicious this may have been another UFO incident that they're trying to cover up. Someone did an "oopsi" after seeing the Disclosure from USAF Retirees, thinking he could come out and say that they got a visit and 50 missiles shut down. Then was silenced quickly and now the MSM is being fed a nice story by the USAF/Whitehouse/Pentagon so nobody freaks out. Otherwise, why make this public - they'd just keep quiet all together about loosing contact with 50 missiles, that's some serious stuff and pretty embarrassing to the Air Force.

if it was sabotage, these are the main choices:

l. it was an inside job

2. russia did it

3. china did it

4. russia and china did it

5. UFOs did it (i kind of doubt that; i would choose some other country instead, but who knows?)

6. probably other choices here, but the ones above seem the best bets.

My thoughts exactly. What happened imo is that it was leaked - somebody spoke, it came out. Now they have to make the story sound "pretty". OR - it was a leak on purpose.
Loosing contact with 50 missiles is not something they just come out and tell the public, that's for sure.
Strange that this apparently happened on the 23rd, yet the White House was briefed 3 days later, on Tuesday 26th.
That's also odd. If I was the "boss" and I'd be told 3 days later of such an incident, I'd be pissed.

I will also point out that these communication lines are most likely hardened between the base/command center(s), and the missile site location. The communication lines (wires) are miles and miles long and shielded by metal pipe.

For someone to disable 50 of them at once makes me think this is an issue at the base/command center, as simultaneously sabotaging 50 hardened communication lines at onces seems most improbable.

If you go back in the GLP history for the particular weekend, you will notice that there was a lot talking on solar activity.
IMHO this sounds like the US military has got some severe shielding problems :D :D
