Is Obama a good salesman?

I just watched the video of him on the daily show:

If I didn't know about the terrible details of the health care bill and what his administration was doing (in other words an average person), his appearance on the daily show would have made me an Obama supporter.

I think Obama is the most persuasive president since JFK. It's just too bad JFK had real ethics and moral values... Maybe Obama does too but he's just too ready to make deals or "sell his soul" for what he wants?
