if they legalize it, then they should pardon all those with minor convictions - bc those minor convictions prohibit them from getting jobs.

Please mention the fact that ALL drugs should not be regulated by the Gov. They have no business telling people what they can do or not do. And that drug control (war) is just a way to make money not a way to protect the people. In fact drug enforcement is what causes the problem in the firsy place.
