And so, will the government stimulate jobs with that huge cut and clean up immigrations and other aspects of the labor force?

Otherwise, we have a problem....huge homeless population, with no jobs, and no possibilities for them because our manufacturing sector is gone, and there are only so many service sector jobs and the Mexicans will fight tooth and nail to keep their prices lower than the Americans fighting for menial labor jobs?

I am sick and fucking tired of seeing bitches that could not be a day over 30, so fat they cannot push a grocery cart and have to ride one of those electric things... get up to the register to check out and whip out one of those "food stamp credit cards"... buying stuff I cannot afford and then going out and getting in a car I cannot afford to drive.

Me and a lot of Americans are fed up with that shit, all of my friends I talk to tell of going to the grocery and seeing shit like that.

First thing they should do is REQUIRE A CLEAN DRUG TEST as a prerequisite to getting welfare. Half the lazy bastards can't/won't get a job because they can't pass a drug test, yet they suck off the government tit..

like it or not the cuts are coming because they are bankrupt and so is Canada, thought no one here will admit it yet. It is the end of cheap oil. Oil prices will only increase. Most manufacturing, the service sector will slowly disappear.

I just hope that when people can't afford housing, the government and interest groups will let people build some sort of housing, have a small garden, a few chickens, make a well. I hope the government and special interests will allow people to be self reliant but I have my doubts.

well being that most that have jobs now are only getting part time hours.i highly doubt that would make the ones not working get a job.what it will do is cause a revolt.if you open your brain for a sec.u will notice thatover the last 2 years the middle class has dropped to lower class.and it was'nt because they wanted to.

ever since the blacks rights movement thats when.when the gov said we needed to kiss ass and give to a people that were "owed" something.thats when,since that time all of that way of thinking has rubbed off on the good hard working folks.well there offspring.

No politician is going to touch these programs because this would be admitting we have a problem, and would be political suicide for anybody who suggests it.

No politician is going to fix immigration because there would go businesses' source of dirt cheap illegal labor.

i know i run the risk of getting torn apart on this one but i had to put my 2 cents in..

I haven been looking for work since sept 2009. I have a 2 yr degree and have resorted to even applying for valet parking. I did get one job, at a farm doing tours for the month of october and took it cuse i desperately needed income. It was part time but it helped. Come nov 3rd that temp job was over and nothing else comes up. I apply for medical offices and no one calls back even though Im more then qualified or they are only taking resumes with no position open(most). I apply to server positions and even at burger king and dont get called cuse Im over qualified. See even though I leave off my degree they see only dr offices I work in and realise I have to have some sort of college education for those positions and then boom overqaulified and no call. I actually have started leaving years blank just saying i was a stay at home mom and didnt work so those jobs wouldnt be on there but still no call. I have been looking like crazy for a job in kissimmee since sept 2009 and the past months have been looking in orlando too even though its kinda far for me. I have got nothing but one cleaning job that I had to pay $100 to even start the process but have no money and cant waste what I do get on a HOPE that Ill get picked for that job if i DO pay the $100. I got my taxes, which wasnt what I usually get since i didnt work and had to use that to buy a car and pay the registeration and insurance so I can take my kids to school and appts and to be able to get to a job easier if I get one. I lost my place when I lost my job in 09 and have been thru domestic violence shelters and stuff till recently when i had been there too long and they kicked us out. Now Im back at the house with their father(no good) cuse I have no where to go. Hes very bipolar and is the reason i was in a DV place to begin with. Things have been real tense here and Im miserable and nervous always. Theres nothing i want more in my life right now then to have a job and car for my kids and have my own place again, a safe place for us. We are so at the bottom right now and things dont change.

I have food money and medicaid. If I didnt i would be in jail by now for stealing food to feed my kids. I would do any and everything to not have my kids go without. I have sold everything worth anything and hustle to get by. I cant WAIT to be off food money(even though its nice), and be able to provide for my kids. Yes theres some bum ass people who live off it for the fuck of it and dont want to work and dont give a shit. but theres people like me who need it and depend on it right now and are trying their hardest to get off it and provide for shit theirself. So you have to consider us in your pissed off ramblings cuse all it does is make people like me feel twice as worse as we already do cuse of our situation. And no i have no help. My mom is brainwashed by her boyfriend and pretty much gave up me and my brother cuse he didnt want us around. My grandma was there thank god but when she died a couple years back I have no one now. My dad is one of the bums your talking about who gets SSI and spends it on the cheapest monthly hotel and spends the rest on cigarettes, beer and drugs. And so hes a lost cause and wont help me either. So please just consider the others who actually need it and are desperately looking for work but have found nothing and seem to have no luck in life right now

You couldn't pay me to stay in this state for the reasons you lined out. Employers in this state are just too screwed up and the economy is dying anyways in this neck of the woods because there are only so many old people retiring and (dying) off here, and the tourism which is the OTHER point of FL, is way down because many people can't afford to take their kids to Disney World anymore.

I work in the health industry and I wanted to mention something that a lot of our member's might not be aware of - just how bad our disability programs are being raped. I can't tell you how many lazy fucks are learning how to manipulate this system and the numbers are growing by the day. We can't sustain this forever...
