What about appetite? Anyone noticed anything different?

I was "told" to stop eating meat 4 months ago so I did.
I prefer vegetables anyway so it wasn't hard.

Then I noticed that my appetite really decreased.
Most of the time I eat once a day and sometimes I have to remind myself because I don't really feel hungry.

I haven't lost much weight and I feel fine.
