I had the symptoms you describe in 2004 (during the very day of the so called "venus transit", indeed) and that led me to "awake" to the truth of the imprtant epoch we are living. 6 years later I live every moment knowing that a big change looms in the horizon and having an eye out for the ongoing and every time more obvious and undeniable changes.

However, the last 5 days I have been unusually restless and with an increasing gut feeling that something is about to happen, for good, and I can't wait it to happen.

I do not have any particular insight of what might happen, only wanted to state that the feeling OP describes is real and is driving me nuts, in the good sense.
