See anyone fighting over alcohol? No--they used to do the same kind of gang warfare over alcohol during prohibition.

The Constitution is quite clear about this. Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness is allowed as long as it does not interfere with the same of another.
Total freedom would work if crimes with direct victims (i.e. drug/alcohol related violence) were actually punished.

If the law of the Constitution was followed the corrupt people inside government/law enforcement would not be able to run the drug business.

This is not rocket science.


That is Lives very differenciating factor and almost impossinle to achive. Especailly in a market is defined to do as much as possible at the expence of another to gain.

Our market is the antithesis of Divine Law.
