$1500 is normally for a child they call "focus" meaning alot of problems.. a normal kid the pay is $300 per child.. the true unjustice is for the child.. why?? because normal children.. dont "pay" as much.. so they havta find fault with this child.. get him to therapy, say he's outta hand.. get them on meds etc..so govt' will pay more.. your upset with grandma.. which is understandable.. but it all goes down to jobs, pay, and cost of living.. I totally agree unjust.. but people are doing alot worse to make $... Like all the politicians you people keep "voting" in...as long as they get paid the $ they do and are given the royalties for their title.. we all will suffer..
