Anyone experiencing or have experienced prophetic/apocalyptic dreams? (NEW DREAM 2/21/11)

vicks vapo rub bwahahahaha! dreams are like parables. probably best interpreted by the person having the dream who know their own "whole picture." I think prophetic dreams are different, true prophetic dreams. Interpreting the difference between these two types of dreams is possible in my opinion.

I'm left handed...I've had 5 prophetic? dreams in my life 1. I dreamnt that i was on strawberry way in pgh. and I could see a funnel cloud behind the verizon bldg. and I alerted the people in front of the bldg.and they told me dwntwn pgh. doesn't have twisters and i said your right and woke up...sev. years later we had a bad storm the night b4 then another one the next day and a funnel cloud formed by my home,traveled s,hit the river and hit behind our bldg. and i got teased about it... 2.2 weeks before 911 I dreamnt I was driving in pgh. it was a clear day with a blue sky I was on 6th ave. heading east when a bldg. that was curved exploded behind me coming apart and falling back into place 9 like our one parking garage but it's in another part of town) and there was a cop in a car to my left his car up sev feet in the air from the explosion and he landed ok...he had a scared look on his face...I heard a voice say the Grant bldg blew up...I had to think if we had such a bldg. I wasn't sure...I found the bldg and told the guard to call the gas co. and have the area chkd and I told the authorities to check it out and nothing happened so far...so good.but many of my rel. had just been by ny and I was given a ny hat, and a contest at my mall had pics of bldgs around the world including the world trade ctr, and they put 911 signs up all over our park...weird...3. I said calif had an eq but it hadn't happened yet I told folks about it...and read about it when it really happened sev. days later 4.we were talking about the fear of flying at work and I described a scenario of a plane crash that would frighten me and it actually happended outside of pgh. sev days later (not 911)5.my last scary dream I was in a beach community with pastel bldgs in a row many of them shops and I heard a voice say a tidal wave is coming! so I climbed up a telephone pole and just missed the high wave11!!that's all I remember... one last thing around the time lady Di passed away I had gotten a white set of white tfal cookware made in paris or called paris and when I was cooking with it I had a thought in my head...the one who wore white and went to paris got cooked...does that mean she was murdered? what does to get cooked in slang mean?she did wear white when she met mother theresa,then went to paris...

the dream about the blue army hats could be a dream about a future UN invasion...no blue turbin...blue hats

The only other event remotely close to this experience was the day my Son was born. It had rained that evening, the humidity was very high.

My girl wakes me up around four in the morning tell's me it is time. I grab a shower, head to McDonalds to pick us up some breakfast (Open 24 hours up the street).

I come back we eat and as I went out to the car to load up the bags the most bizarre thing happened.

The windshield of my car had the most amazing fog shaped Lion on it. The details were mind blowing. four legs the right front paw was out stretched whiping what appeared to be a round orb.

The mane was awesome looking I ran in the house and got my girl out to see it, she made it clear that I was not seeing things. With all the detail I could not resist getting a closer look so as I went closer to the windshield to get a close up view of the face seeing the snout on the lions face was all it took for me to turn away in amazing astonishment.

I took it as a great omen and we loaded up the car and drove off.

We had the name Rowan picked out if it was going to be a boy, we did not know, I felt it was only sacred to wait. I did want to name my kid something apocalyptic but Judah had not dawned on me.

But I was thinking about the lion of the tribe of Judah immediately afterwards. As I was driving I had recollected that I was wearing my Bob Marley shirt.

So I immediately started to frantically look to see if it had a Lion on it, I did not notice so I asked my girl if there was one on the back and sure enough there it was with Zion written underneath.

You'd think I'd know since it was my shirt, but I pick up clothes all the time from yard sales and well...

Well that was enough for me, I figured that it was fate knocking...

Well we are getting close to the hospital and while we are at the intersetion of Beach BLVD and 3rd street you are not going to believe what beatles song came on the satelite radio?

Yep you guessed it, Hey Jude. By this time my girl and I could knock ignore deafening sound of fate knocking. My ind was made then adn there, if it is a boy his name is Judah.

Well what do you know last year on the 8th day of Hanukka at 8:58 on the 18th of Dec we had a boy 8 pounds 8 ounces. he was the candle that lit up our night. Unto us a child was born.

That to me was amazing. And as you can imagine the season the merriment took on an entirely an even higher overture thanks to handel and such.



Then the explosion of learning the meaning of the name was incredible I had my laptop there at the hospital so we were astounding ourselves with knowledge and music.

'Praise the Lord' is actually the meaning of the name. It is actually pronouced Yehuda so in essance you may as well be saying HALLELUYAH when you say Judah;)

I have had a few mundane prophetic dreams. Like people i haven't met yet and meet a month or two later and small things like that. It bugs me.

I had some wet ones before, they were interesting. Do they count?

you keep telling yourself that.

What if someone can't distinguish between what they learned while they were awake and what they learned while asleep.

Then:
Learned that President Chester Arthur served precisely 1260 days (42 months)- Rev 13:5

Learned that neither Obama or Chester Arthur were Natural Born Citizens among other uncanny similarities:

Yes- as you might imagine-dreams and daydreams are difficult to comprehend. Especially when they are prophetic.
(For example: Daniel and Revelation)

At the end of that time (8/3/12):

OP, Im one of the ones who first responded to your post, I havent been following or replied back cause you said you took a "Scientific" approach and then I saw you were another "satan is everywhere" type of person and that "fallen angels " are out to get us

Its 2010 and I cant prescribe to that belief anymore just like the doctrine of "hellfire"

I feel like your "science" statement was misleading.

If you want "science" people usually prescribe to the "ancient astronaut theory as proposed by Zecharia Sitchin, that the "Gods" are just another form of Higher Human that made their way to earth

We are looking for earthlike planets already and will likely have the technology soon to make it to the stars.

I cant be a part of your "old world " church, satan, hell and fallen angel beliefs, that is dying out now with true enlightment, It does not end my faith in God however and belief in a "Messiah" a man who will simply straighten up the world

Regarding the saviours of countless traditions: That does not mean that there was not an original saviour; it just means that an original saviour can sue for copyright infringement many times over!

With respect to the Genesis account of creation being written long after parallel accounts from other civilizations were documented: that does not mean the other civilizations invented the creation account; it just means that Moses was the only one among the race of freed Hebrews who ever graduated from high school and therefore was able to both read and write.

Older writings does not equate to better; it just means "I published it first!"!

Remember also, they did not have the "Dr. Seuss learning to read series" or "distance education" back then. Most information was transmitted using the highly technologically advanced system of...oral tradition! And remember the game of sitting at a table with others and passing around a "secret" from one end to the other? At the end of the line, isn't it true that the "original secret" was distorted many times over? That accounts for differences in what must have clearly been a global knowledge and understanding of events that really happened.

But please...continue along in your journey of enlightenment. Be careful that you don't trip over the many rocks directly in front of your feet in your zeal to always keep the horizon ahead in constant view!

I dreamt that I was driving down some city/suburban area then I saw a ufo and pointed it out to my aunt, she missed out.. but then it appeared again; then two giant intimidating ships/ufos appeared and started roaming over the city (I was pretty freaked out) and somehow I had access to time-travel (from them, or something else) where I had previously experienced in that present of horrid experiences like breaking bridges and what not. Though with the time-travel I repeated the same scenes in time to not experience the horrid happenings and continue.

Overall it was very weird, apocalyptic, and strange.

it was my understanding that oral tradition was highly regarded discipline based on repeating the story word for word with utmost accuracy. a discipline that we probably can't relate to today.

Yes. And mythology was deemed the scientific tweaking of that discipline because it integrated specific elements of any details that needed to be remembered inside an "epic" retelling of it.

Over the centuries historians seemed to think that "older meant dumber".

I've been having strange dreams..huge waves swallowing into sky scrapers, fireballs in the sky, orange orbs lighting up night skies..

Lots of people are having this dream lately.... lots and lots. I have not had wave dreams or tsunamis, but have had the fireball dreams a few times. (see previous posts)

And a stripper is known by either destiny or porsche....

Yes I had a very strange dream last night, I had heard a military type of song "Ohh happy day, bombs over bay" and I was in a plane dropping the first bombs over a modern city, I was tilting the air craft twards the mirrored window buildings as to get a look at the bombs still attached to the bottom of the a/c. I thought the modern city could be san francisco, or L.A but I saw a double decker white transportation buses. The modern city was too new and bright to be the UK, perhaps UAE?

Technically speaking they are not zombies .. just humans with, i do not know, let´s call it: erased humanity.

More animalistic with no regard for their own security, pretty aggressive but technically speaking still human.

Bought a new axe ... Fiskars with carbon handle because it looked like the axe in my dream (orange/black plastic handle) .. almost 80€ ... WTF ?

They do not appear in hordes (like in the movies) nor are they organized in any manner.

I bet most of them will die of infections within weeks, unable to tear down their trousers and wipe their asses.

I had an awake vision maybe two years ago, I am in Texas at our office I have windows across the southern side of our back part of our office. I was looking out side and suddenly I was caught up in a vision of men in black walking down the street on the Southern side. Lots of Men in black military dressed with guns, I was shocked. I prayed and asked what this meant.
The H> S told me the men in Black were soldiers for Texas defending Texas, that was all.

You know what your problem is? You actually believe that the true enlightenment is independant of the ancient wisdom, that type of enlightenment is anything but true, consider yourself brainwashed by delusionment not enlightenment regardless of how enlightened you presume yourself to be having ackquired this poisoning of the well.
