if you will take note, you will see that the media has been shoving alien/et propaganda down our throats and it has gone into overdrive in the past couple of years.

now, the establishment is putting out alien shows and movies left and right. there was 'v', 'the event' on tv and in the movies we have 'skyline' and 'the battle of los angeles'.

also don't forget the slightly older gems such as signs and independence day.

and the common link between all of the shows and movies is that the aliens are wicked and evil and want to enslave, destory, and/or eat us.

here's my take.

1. et's have been observing us here on earth for a very, very long time.

it would not surprise me if et's have had some influence on technological innovations throughout human history.

2. if the aliens had a hostile agenda, they have had plenty of opportunity to attack us.

if they did indeed want to harm us, why wouldn't they have done so already? why would they wait until humanity had acquired nuclear weapons and other advanced military technology?

3. tptb and the establishment have an agenda to demonize et's and portray them as hostile and dangerous.

I suppose that would beg the question, WHY?
and here is what I believe.

ET's or aliens are incredibly advanced and they are benevolent entities who have compassion for the peeople of earth.

They are very aware of how badly the people of earth are being oppressed by the establishment.

They are no longer content to continue to just sit back and allow the oppression to continue.

They have been in contact w/ world leaders for awhile now. They have indicated their displeasure and contempt for what the establishment is doing, and made it clear in no uncertain terms that they will interviene on behalf of humanity if tptb do not stop what they are doing.

TPTB have no intention of stopping and know at some point there is going to be a confrontation. The anti-alien/et propaganda is so when they DO come, the people of earth have been so throughly brainwashed, they will not see the et's as liberators but rather as the malevolent, evil aliens on the movies.
