I have had something similar only the "presence" has not left. This is 12 years now. I think it is all military and has nothing to do with aliens.

Research Persinger and his God helmet. When you direct a source of energy at the right side of the head, it feels like a presence, but it is actually just man made energy weapons.

i had been contacted by persons within the defense dept. who apparently have interest in time travel and other lifeforms..i thought it was a joke what they told me but than they sent a whitevan to my house one night alone to show theyre the real deal. around the time with these contacts with your military/gov. (im from a neighboring country) i had been seeing and encountering ufos and other noteable phenomana. i can only think its manmade technology as ive never been convinced it is otherwise - given my knowledge of mindcontrol and disinformant, deflection tactics.
