Sorry, love your bump for sure, but this is technically an assumption, technically there are no lawful commercial contracts to prove this claim save those that exist between people who work for government and civil services, and not even all those people have concrete contracts either.

I practice that every time I pick up the phone with people demanding information they have no right to. For example, did you know you have a Right to only interact with bill collectors via the mail? Tell them not to call again and only send written mail. No you may not record this, no I am not verifying any information about my address etc..

Did you know that phone solicitors *must* put you on a do not call list and never call you again once you have stated those parameters? If they do you can send them a bill for $500 via your state attorney general. However, I don't want to deal with the legal system like that, so I will just send the bill.

Sorry, but you have missed the whole technique of entrapping you into slave status.

Your parents identified themselves as plantation slaves belonging to the corporate State.

Your parents offered you up to the State by registering your live birth.

The State then made a 'legal name' out of the names 'given' to the State by your parents, changing the family name to a primary name, and then claiming it as State owned intellectual property.

At 7 years without further recognition, you were declared 'legally dead'.

When you reached the age of majority, and you used the State owned 'legal name' without authority or permission, as your 'identity' (only property can have an identity), you were declared an accessory attached to State property, and thus also property of the State. As the States are sub-corporate bodies under the UNITED STATES corporation, and the UNITED STATES gave itself permission to own slaves (citizens) in the 14th Amendment, and to declare you a convicted criminal for your unauthorized use of the State owned name, the UNITED STATES uses the provision of the 13th Amendment to strip you of privileges granted to a citizen/slave - primarily, due process of law.

As I have stated in previous posts, you are a mind existing within a human body. A mind is not a physical thing, and thus cannot be 'identified' as property, which includes 'cannot be named'. As an adult man or adult woman, you have no name or number.

So, getting back to your post - in what name are you going to address yourself in this affidavit you propose to inform the Government that you do not consent? And consider, even if you come up with a clever idea on how to circumvent that, remember, you have been legally dead since you were age 7, and dead human bodies belong to the State.

So where is the HOW? For example, does a sovereign call the police for assistance if violence is being done? Does a sovereign press charges for harm done?

How often have you seen lately - that when a victim calls the police for help - the victim is victimized, thrown in jail, etc.? The police are no longer peace officers (as is their intended role)... they are defenders of unlawful codes and statutes of the US corporation. They are pressured and their jobs are threatened if they do not meet quota's (i.e... 5 speeding tickets, 5 cell phone violations, 5 seat belt violations each week).

A sovereign does not use Commerce/Contract/Admiralty law and courts to settle their disputes. "Charges" are not pressed. A man brings forth a claim against another man, and the man who is accused gets to face his accuser.

The middle path is using statute legality where it can be, with people who don't understand who they are and are acting dishonorably unlawful, while maintaining sovereign power in choosing our own destiny as best as we can and may. Trusting the people working in these systems is important now, many are changing personnel and mind sets as people have that oh snap moment.

We have the right to declare someone under citizen arrest for commiting dishonorable violence and detaining them if needed until peace officers arrive, and then going down to the station and pressing charges, why not?

We can use the system, for now, we can't just tear everything down right now without formally and equitably agreeing on at least a few key issues.

Remember that in a court case with a jury, it is a Common Law hearing, and basically the form of Law we need to be practicing.

And really, let's take a step back for a moment and truly appreciate everything these systems and the people running them have provided, because it hasn't been all bad, and a lot of people are changing their minds about certain things.

Most of the people who have done horribly evil things aren't here any more, and it is simply a matter of rallying people to realize what has been going on so they have reason to support peaceful transitions.

Have you heard some of the things politicians have been saying lately? And tv subliminals are making me say wow at times.

People are seeing the Light of the future Vision guiding all this, which is simply our spiritual/soul mission of fulfilling some aspect of Divine Will aka God's Plan etc, the ultimate volition driving creation.

If a contract isn't explicit - if you don't even KNOW you're under contract - it is FRAUD and you are free to opt out via affidavit. Slavery is illegal - CONTRACTS are not. The 14th Amendment:

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

'Subject to the jurisdiction thereof' remove yourself from their jurisdiction. You are US citizens VOLUNTARILY! Rescind your US citizenship and revert to state Citizenship.

I just got through checking out the Constitution, it is still there it was not signed away in 1871.
Birth certificates weren't around at that time, mostly it was mom or dad had no birth certificate, mom as born Texas, dad in Alabama.
