What was Lyara´s expected lift-off date?

I´ve been waiting for and expecting transition for over a year now (and I´ve only just come into contact with her site :P)... cept now *it´s* feeling *close*, whatever *it* is.. which to me transition fits the bill! ´cept now I´m a bit over putting a date on it since I did that sooo many times...
