Operation Terra mentions the importance of eliminating fear, I think that there are two main ways to do that:

1 - By trust in God, faith in God. This is the main way and it is the approach of most religious teachings.

2 - A complementary way, by the study of spiritual works which explain better these things.

With the development of mind in modern times, sometimes just faith in God isn´t enough, people seek to understand intelectually all these things.
