The person being threatened should write to the airport - and threaten to pass on any fines to them, or initiate fresh proceedings against the airport. The airport has the opportunity to opt out, but if they choose to use the TSA to terrorize civilians - they should be made responsible for any consequences.

Republicans are getting ready to axe TSA. They did not want it established in the hysteria of 911 and the Dem Congress insisted upon it. More Union employees equal "progress."
