Unseasonal Hurricanes are the work of Russian Made Weather Control

Each year they seem to be getting better at it. It all started when they stole the tecnical research papers of Nicolai Tesla when he died. The bastards!!!

Exactly right, 88 ! They are/were 20 years ahead of the U.S. in this developement of scalar weapon technology. They used it to bring down the first shuttle off Florida and I suspect, possibly, the second one too.
Had the experience to witness one of their trail efforts in the late sixties. Didn´t know at the time what it was, but latter revelations of just what physical/electrical data should be observed proved it could be NO OTHER posibility.

And just how do you suggest you are able to tell the difference between a standard hurricane and a ´manufactured´ hurricane, OP?

You know, hurricanes happen naturally, too. Just because you read somewhere that there have been experiments and think tank discussions about eventual weather control, that by no means proves we can create or steer hurricanes.

That is a leap so stereotypically woo woo as to be in the dictionary under woo woo, when someone spins explanations for a phenomenon that doesn´t actually exist.
