### What if HAARP is being used to keep things normal? ###

Here's an idea that I haven't seen anyone put forth...

What if the goal of HAARP is not to create destruction, but instead to keep things normal to prevent doom?

Before I get told I am shilltastic, think about this.

If I were in control of a government, and I was part of a long term plan to subjugate the world, I think it would be best to do it slowly and non-catastrophically. Kinda like bringing the pot to a boil over time.

I would introduce legislation as a result of many small false flag operations so I could make the majority of the people think that I was doing things for their own good.

I would want to avoid any major catastrophe because it could create a break in the "rule of law". I need the rule of law and obedient citizens to further my goals so I would have to ensure that I avoided and defused catastrophes where I could. This is where tools like HAARP and chemtrails come in. I would use HAARP technologies to create "spoiler" earthquakes (meaning an earthquake that prevents a larger one from happening). I could use chemtrails for a variety of purposes; maybe to control the weather to keep it similar to what its been for the last 100 years, if I could.

Keeping the military tied up in combat operations around the world would help me too. This would give commanders less time to think about what my government was doing, and it would cause the citizens to support these operations in a blind patriotic fury.

False flag and military operations aside, I would need to begin to control major industry in my country. Using my powerful connections to the banking system, we could manipulate markets to the point that companies would need government help to keep from crashing and disappearing. In this vein, we would also want to set up trade agreements with other countries so companies in my country would want to move their operations there to save costs. This would help me for two reasons. First, it would mean that there were fewer countries domestically that need to be controlled, and second, citizens in my country would end up needing to rely on my government to have their needs met. This gets them used to the idea that my government is their provider.

Other goals that I would have is to control food production, and education.

Education is important to control because it means that the coming generations will be more ready to accept these policies that I have set forth. They could be primed and opened to notions like globalization.

Controlling food production would be easy as well. Tainted food (e.Coli, salmonella, etc) could be found that would allow a ban on certain goods. This means that the independent farmers would need bailouts, and their farms could also be "federalized" to help pay for their bailout. Also, I would work with seed production companies to make genetically modified seeds that would need replanted every year and they would be patented and allow any farm that is not under contract with the GM seed company to be seized for patent infringement. This works well for me because this seed company is actually controlled by my government.

Now what to do about those pesky citizens that think their guns can save them...

I have an ace up my sleeve here. The citizens that want to purchase guns need to have background checks. This will ensure that the majority of these armed citizens will likely follow the rule of law barring a major catastrophe (which my HAARP will prevent). As different crimes are committed in my country, I can use these as a launching platform for more and more restrictions, and get the citizens down to the point where they are only able to own a limited amount of slow rate of fire weaponry. Also, I can make sure that ammo stays prohibitively expensive as I do have global conflicts going on during my administration.

If the above should fail, I could create various diseases to cull the population down to the point where they could be controlled by force... but let's hope it doesn't come down to that. :)
