Possibly (in some cases), but the homeowner knows that they signed the f@cking contract, and KNOWS that they agreed to repay their loan pursuant to the terms of that contract. If any bank attempted to foreclose on a property that had been paid for, my guess is that you would hear about it loud and clear from MSM. This has not happened, and while i have not read the bill in total, the closing of this loophole is absolutely necessary - unless of course, you are for total anarchy and the complete demise of our system. BTW...If you believe it's ok to break contracts, I guess you won't mind as the current government finishes pissing on our constitution. Asshole do you know how massive the MBS and derivatives fraud is? IT'S ON A WORLD SCALE in the QUADRILLIONS of dollars. You logic is to allow one drug dealer to take the other dealers drugs. A most excellent post Hunter! This part really caught my attention. It's like playing Russian roulette, with only 1 empty chamber. The players keep changing the types of bullets from hollow-points to silver casing, expecting the bullets to change the outcome. It aint gonna happen! The game is rigged only insofar as the chambers are filled with bullets, and the doom comes because the players don't learn that regardless of design, they are all still deadly. |
