I believe many of those artifacts were here on the stage called earth set-up by the Aliens. Although my reservations are that much later humans born on earth being confused by their indoctrinated beliefs began to reproduce some of the artifacts and made claims they were dug up or fished out from the oceans.

If you assume that reincarnation is a real event and you accept that there are now officially more people living today than have died in total across all of human history, then where are all these extra souls coming from??

Orion. In addition to that, of course, if we accept
that water comes from Orion the stardust they
generate in their "star-building" also located
there would be included in the water, carbon,
nitrogen, oxygen, etc. as well....
that would mean not only Earth would have these
elementals, but planets which also support life
will most likely have these as their base.
(I read that they estimate the nebula pumps out something like 72 OCEANS-full of water every minute! That's alot!)
