I am having a steak, baked sweet potato, and green beans.

A bowl of soup first would be good.

I am having steak, some kind of potato and steamed veggies.

Soup would be good :(

I went with sweet potatoes because I figured it was like having a potato, and a veggie.

I love sweet potatoes! Unfortunately, there are none in the cupboard, but plenty of white. Thus, steamed veggies :)

Mine is so simple and pretty good. Wash and boil potatoes, when they are nearly done add 1 can evaporated milk. Salt and pepper to taste. That is it. Sometimes I add sour cream and butter.
