The opposition were the ones who rammed the vote through when there werent enough of them there. Telling me they knew the vote would be lost. People must be pretty stunned to believe still that it is one party or the other...they are all looking to achieve the same ends.

Still, it is unprecedented here for the Senate to kill a House Bill. Although it is legal it not traditional and goes against years of procedure. Just like proroguing parliament. Harper hates our country and it seems to me he is on a mission to prove just how much power a PM can wield. We have always known it but no PM has abused it as Harper has. Makes me sick really.

Speaking of heat...I think there is a conspiracy here in regards to heat. We must have another source of heat other than wood/fireplace in order to get house insurance. And most houses dont even have a fireplace built into them. Yet it is cold 5 months out of the year

There will be NO coal fired power plants operating in Ontario in 2015. All of that capacity will be replaced by wind, solar, geothermal, and hydroelectric.

As a matter of fact I am firmly of the belief that carbon credits are a complete load of bullshit and dont go far enough to make any real difference. They are a compromise.
